OLYMPIA TRAINING SECRET OF THE OAK
It finally clicked today after close to a year of training. My squat has always sucked and overall I hated the exercise. It felt extremely uncomfortable and overall I just despised it. But out of nowhere today I stepped up dreading the coming sets and it clicked. I added 100 pounds to my squat and set three PR’s along the way before finishing with a total of close to two hours of heavy singles, box squats, sumo half squats and leg press. What can I say? It just clicked.
Arnold doesn’t curl in the squat rack.
